Justine Poffel

As Director of Marketing at Imaginuity, Justine leads the growth and visibility of the Imaginuity brand. Her focus is on driving awareness, engagement, and demand through performance-focused strategy and smart execution. “I’m passionate about making marketing work—connecting strategy to results and turning ideas into systems that scale. I love taking something messy or disconnected and building a clear, data-backed path to growth. Helping brands tell a better story and perform better in the process is what keeps me inspired,” shares Justine.

A psychology and statistical analysis degree gives Justine a unique lens into human behavior and data-driven decision-making. That combination has shaped her approach to marketing strategy—balancing insight with execution at every step. Previously, Justine leveraged this combination of skills as Chief Marketing Officer at Geekly Media, where she led full-funnel marketing for clients across SaaS and service-based industries. Before that, she owned and operated a TITLE Boxing Club, giving her firsthand experience growing a business from the ground up—acquisition, engagement, retention, and everything in between. Since joining Imaginuity, Justine remarks, “Imaginuity is a place where performance meets purpose. We don’t just talk about results—we build the strategy, platforms, and creative to achieve them. It’s exciting to work with a team that brings insight, innovation, and grit to everything we do.”

When not helping Imaginuity put its best foot forward, Justine is a wife and proud mom of four boys. She loves walking her two dogs, Zoey and Oliver, and staying active through boxing, jogging, and spin classes. She’s also an avid reader, and currently teaching herself how to bake—so far, with mixed but delicious results.
