Samantha McCulley

As Director of Imaginuity’s Pylot Platform Services, Samantha oversees the Pylot team and planning and managing the Pylot product roadmap. She also manages the implementation & customer support teams by ensuring they have processes and frameworks that promote efficiency, and are trained on the latest features and best practices to help support Pylot’s customers. Samantha also works closely with new customers to the platform to ensure onboarding goes smoothly and the platform supports what they need for their business. “I love understanding the root of the problem and providing solutions which often aren’t what they are expecting them to be.”

After earning her Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington, Samantha joined Imaginuity. She’s acted as account manager and project manager for various clients including For Eyes, Metro By T-Mobile, JLL, and Service Experts, where she managed their website implementation for over 100 locations. “Every day is different. We have a variety of clients and project types that keep you on your toes. I love the people and culture of Imaginuity. You truly have people that care about you more than a coworker.”

When not juggling her busy workload, Samantha is a serial reader. “I read a couple books a week usually (Kindle and Audio).” She also likes to travel to new places, especially with good nature views. Her favorite recent outing was a road trip up the California coast.

Lean into your curiosity, you never know when something you learn might help you. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and gain an understanding of other peoples jobs.
